InsightScale | Ichase

The InsightScale is an automated weighing system for poultry that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to accurately monitor the weight and uniformity of flocks of broiler chickens—continuously, without manual intervention and without disturbing the animals. Cameras record images of the chickens and link them to their weight via AI, based on the weights of chickens measured by scales. The weighing capacity is up to 20 kg with a resolution of 10 g. The system achieves 98% accuracy thanks to real-time calibration and can also be expanded with other AI modules.
