Manufacturers have been working on the development of self-regulating adjustment systems for fertilizer spreaders for years. Thanks to AUTOSPREAD from AMAZONE, there is now a system on the market that allows the fertilizer spreader to adjust itself fully automatically. Sensors measure the spreading direction and distance during spreading. This generates a live spreading pattern that is compared with the digital model from the spreading hall via AI. Based on a comparison of the two, the width and flow settings are automatically adjusted. The familiar systems for edge spreading, section control, and wind correction are also further optimized with AUTOSPREAD. This results in a very even distribution in all field situations.
